Define what can be sold and delivered
Identify applications, buyer types, price expectations, delivery, installation and after-sales responsibilities. Your team owns product suitability and any required professional compliance review.
Turn an export-ready product into a China-side commercial project. Start with targeted campaigns and buyer feedback, then assess local sales follow-up or distributor development against real demand and delivery conditions.
Ad management from USD 800 / platform / month, media separate. PR publishing from USD 500; content, test design and commercial/channel work are quoted by scope.
Platforms are selected to match the project. Logos identify platforms, not an official partnership status.
Identify applications, buyer types, price expectations, delivery, installation and after-sales responsibilities. Your team owns product suitability and any required professional compliance review.
Prepare agreed Chinese materials and suitable campaigns. Review enquiries and L3 quality labels before deciding which accounts, applications or sales route deserve further work.
L4 covers authorised buyer communication, meetings and quotation coordination. L5 covers distributor/agent criteria, candidate outreach and partnership follow-up. Your company retains contract and pricing authority.
Agree industries, company types, decision-making roles, applications and buying conditions. Produce a target-customer brief and exclusions.
Translate product evidence into Chinese keywords, positioning, creative and landing-page content. Adapt for buyers using approved facts, not word-for-word translation.
Choose suitable search, social, industry-content or PR channels around the buyer. Launch a focused test within agreed platforms and budgets.
Capture responses through forms, email, phone or agreed channels and record available source data. A contact click is not a confirmed enquiry.
Use client feedback or separately purchased human checks to assess company fit, needs, budget, timing and next-step value. Mark missing information as unconfirmed.
Use relevant enquiries, quotation progress and reasons for stalled opportunities to refine keywords, audiences, creative, pages and spend, beyond clicks.
Assess direct sales, distributors, agents or local sales support using the findings. Extra outreach, meetings and quotation coordination require a separate scope.
This is a method, not an all-inclusive package. Ad management does not include human telephone qualification, ongoing sales follow-up or guaranteed sales. Your team owns final quotations, contracts and delivery.

per platform / month
Campaign preparation, agreed ad management, optimisation and reporting. Media funding is separate.
per platform / month
Campaign management with industry information and lead-quality feedback from your team or separately purchased L3 checks, applied to optimisation.
Initial media funding per platform: from USD 1,500 for mainland-China entities; from USD 7,500 for entities registered outside mainland China. PPCOps offers are subject to eligibility and the confirmed account route.
Professional replaces Standard for the same platform and month. Neither plan includes human telephone qualification.
Recommended, not mandatory: USD 12,000 for one platform over three months. USD 7,500 media funding + USD 4,500 Professional management (3 × USD 1,500). Optional human support and other quoted costs are additional.
Standalone account setup starts at USD 300; the setup service fee may be waived with agreed media funding and management or other services. Translation, certification and other actual third-party costs are confirmed separately. Basic Chinese landing-page support depends on scope; complex custom work starts from USD 800.
Multi-platform discounts can be discussed. Deliverables, revisions, external costs and media balance arrangements are confirmed in the quote and contract.

Selected brand project experience. Discuss the relevant scope of work with us; brand names do not imply endorsement, sector-specific sales results or a promise of similar outcomes.
Review the agreed content, campaigns, contact work and records. Outreach volume is not the same as a real response.
Record enquiries, quality labels or candidate responses, including unreachable, incomplete and mismatched results.
Review qualified demand, quotation acceptance, delivery feasibility and actual commercial contribution. Service stages are not CRM sales statuses.
Select services around your starting point. Not every project needs every step.
Review ad-platform eligibility, document completeness and a recommended starting route. Platform approval is not guaranteed.
Start with a clear objective and an agreed platform: account setup, keywords or audiences, creative and landing-page paths.
Optimize using clicks, enquiries and relevant feedback. Human telephone qualification and business development are not included by default.
Check company, contact, needs, budget and timing. Human services are separately quoted with agreed capacity.
Coordinate prospect contact, meetings, demos and quotation progress for suitable high-value projects, with client authority and a separate scope.
Customize sales, agent, distributor or account support. Signing partners or achieving sales is not guaranteed.
Step 0–5 describes the service path; L1–L5 defines purchasable scopes. The numbers do not map one-to-one. Choose L1 or L2; add L3–L5 subject to project needs and prerequisites. PR, content, media funding and extra human support are separately quoted. Confirm scope, responsibilities and starting conditions in your proposal.
Reach relevant buyers through paid campaigns, then use enquiry quality and real feedback to decide whether local commercial support makes sense. L1–L5 describe service scopes, not a compulsory five-part package.
Choose L1 or L2
Set up, manage and optimise campaigns on selected platforms, with agreed reporting.
Combine campaign work with industry information and lead-quality feedback supplied by your brand team or separately purchased L3 checks.
Add L3 when needed
Confirm the lead’s company and contact details, relevance of the requirement and initial intent. Hand over contact outcomes and lead-quality labels.
Lead-quality checks only: not ongoing sales follow-up, quotation negotiations or order chasing.
From USD 800 / month · agreed contact capacity
Assessed after campaign testing and L3 checks
Authorised buyer communication, meetings, quotation coordination and opportunity follow-up.
Define channel criteria, research and contact potential partners, and coordinate introductions and follow-up.
Custom quote for industry, workload and authority
L2 replaces L1; the two are not charged together. Projects seeking L4 or L5 also start with L1 or L2 campaign testing, quality feedback and L3 lead checks. Further support depends on relevant demand, quotation acceptance, delivery feasibility and the resources both teams can commit.
Brand communications, PR, content and account operations remain separately scoped services. They can support a B2B campaign without committing your brand to a sales-follow-up programme.

Not by default. Marketing and commercial support do not make PPCOps the importer, reseller or stockholder. Any materially different arrangement needs its own assessment and agreement.
Tell us the ultimate requirement, but the current service route starts with L1 or L2 campaigns, feedback and L3 checks. We use that groundwork to assess a realistic L4 or L5 scope rather than promise a full sales team upfront.
Your company supplies approved pricing, specifications and terms. We can coordinate communication within agreed authority; technical commitments, contracts and fulfilment remain with the designated parties.
Share your website, offer or client brief and the problem you need to solve in China. Budget and the precise scope can be clarified in the discussion.
