China Ads, PR & Business Growth
FOR GLOBAL PR, ADVERTISING & MARKETING AGENCIES

Your China Execution Partner for Ads, PR & Media

Keep your client relationship. Work with PPCOps on Chinese paid advertising, PR publishing and creator content for your clients. Supply your strategy or commission our planning, then approve the work before local execution.

PR projects from USD 500. Ad management from USD 800 per platform / month. Integrated execution from USD 3,800 / month, with scope agreed.

Platforms are selected to match the project. Logos identify platforms, not an official partnership status.

Commission selected tasks or a coordinated China campaign

01

PR, media & creator content

Audience and theme planning, Chinese writing, agreed publishing and evidence reports. Your agency can provide the strategy or ask us to prepare it. KOC, creator visits and account content are separately scoped.

02

Chinese paid advertising

Plan and operate suitable Baidu, WeChat, Douyin or REDnote campaigns. Coordinate account requirements, agreed creative and reporting; choose platforms by the brief, not a compulsory bundle.

03

Optional B2B enquiry support

For B2B campaigns, Professional management uses industry-informed enquiry-quality feedback. Add human telephone qualification when needed; authorised sales or channel support is scoped later after a working relationship.

For agencies that need China-side delivery

01

PR & communications agencies

Bring brand messages, client briefs or media requirements. Commission Chinese content and publishing, or ask for an audience and theme proposal before your agency submits it to the client.

02

Advertising & digital marketing agencies

Bring campaign objectives, buyer profiles and available assets. Commission local paid-media management and agreed enquiry feedback while you manage the overall client account.

What we measure — and what it tells you

01

Execution delivery

Agreed campaigns, creative items, publishing links, dates and completed tasks. Your quote defines the scope and review checkpoints.

02

Campaign response

Available spend, impressions, clicks, enquiries or content interactions, with source and reporting period. PR and paid-ad measures are kept separate.

03

Client-ready follow-up

SAME PROJECT · OPTIONAL FURTHER SUPPORT

Does your client also need B2B enquiries or local support?

Content, PR, account operations and creator projects can be commissioned independently. Add campaigns and quality feedback if B2B enquiries are also needed. L3 covers telephone lead-quality checks only; L4 commercial follow-up and L5 channel development require prior groundwork, authority and a separate scope.

You retain the client relationship and approvals. We follow the agreed communication chain rather than bypassing your agency.

Questions before you start

Can PPCOps work white-label?

Yes, with agreed project terms. Confirm branding, report format, confidentiality, client communication and approval responsibilities before work starts.

Does our agency need to provide the strategy?

Not necessarily. Supply the complete plan or commission audience and theme planning, Chinese copy and channel recommendations. Your agency reviews the proposed work before presenting it to the client.

Will you contact our client directly?

Your agency is the primary contact by default. Direct client contact happens only with agreed permission, scope and purpose.

Do we have to buy an ongoing retainer?

No. Choose a defined PR or content project, monthly ad management or a broader integrated scope. The USD 3,800 starting offer is not a mandatory entry package.

Are agency prices automatically discounted?

The same base service rules apply to companies and agencies. Multi-platform or recurring scopes can be discussed; discounts depend on the confirmed workload, not simply agency status.

What does integrated execution from USD 3,800 include?

An agreed monthly combination of advertising, PR or content coordination, white-label collaboration and local project reporting. Platform count, content volume, media funds, creator costs and other external charges must be itemised; it is not unlimited all-service coverage.

Are media funds and account opening included?

Media funding is separate from management fees. Standalone account setup starts at USD 300; the setup service fee may be waived with agreed media funds and management or other services. Actual third-party charges are confirmed separately.

Can you guarantee placements, leads or sales?

We agree executable deliverables and report available results. Specific publication routes require confirmation; earned coverage, audience response, leads and sales are not guaranteed.

What should be in a brief for your China execution team?

Share the client’s category, audience, objective, approved message, intended channels and schedule. Mark what your agency will supply and what PPCOps should deliver. We then confirm responsibilities, approval timing, reporting format and the itemised quote.
