China PR & Media Execution for Global Brands and Agencies

Turn your brand story into Chinese content and a clear publishing plan. PPCOps supports audience and theme planning, Chinese writing, media coordination and publication reporting — from selected execution tasks to a complete agreed campaign.

PR publishing projects from USD 500. Media selection, content volume and additional services are confirmed in your quote.

CHOOSE SERVICES BY OBJECTIVE

What does this project need to achieve?

PR and brand communications can stand alone or support demand generation and commercial follow-up. Start with the primary objective; not every project needs every service.

Brand Awareness & Credibility

Help the right audience understand your brand, products and supporting evidence. Plan content, media and creator activity around a communications brief, reporting delivery and available performance data.

Review focus: Publication delivery, available readership and engagement, and audience feedback.

Explore our PR & brand method →

Relevant Traffic & Enquiries

Need people to explore your offer or contact your team? Connect content with landing pages, clear contact options and available source tracking. Add separately scoped paid campaigns when appropriate.

Review focus: Relevant visits, actual enquiries, enquiry fit and available source data.

Explore advertising & enquiry support →

Sales & Channel Development

Need to assess buyer fit or progress meetings, quotations and distributor conversations? Scope human qualification and commercial support separately. Your team retains final pricing, contracts and delivery.

Review focus: Verified needs, meeting and quotation progress, and client-reported sales outcomes.

Explore sales & channel support →

Combine objectives where useful, but report exposure, visits, enquiries, qualified opportunities and sales separately, using available data and client feedback. Unknown sources or unreported outcomes remain unverified. PR does not automatically include paid campaigns or sales follow-up, and does not guarantee traffic, leads or sales.

PR & BRAND · SIX STEPS

Our PR & brand method: from the brief to campaign review

01

Brand Goal

Agree whether the priority is awareness, credibility, media coverage or creator-led product discovery. Define the brief and acceptance criteria.

02

Target Audience

Identify the audience, industry, roles and communications context. Define what people should understand and the next action where relevant.

03

Media / Creator Mapping

Match media, communities, REDnote and relevant creators to the audience, content and budget. Explain recommendations and the available scope.

04

Content Localization

Adapt the story, format and supporting evidence for Chinese audiences, not just the language. Your team approves facts, product claims and final content.

05

Publishing / Execution

Deliver agreed placements using approved content and schedules. Distinguish paid collaborations from editorial coverage; editorial acceptance is not guaranteed.

06

Reporting / Next Campaign

Provide publication records, links or screenshots and available performance data. Use feedback to refine the next brief, resource choices and response paths.

CHINA MEDIA · CONTENT · OPTIONAL PAID ADVERTISING

Choose the channel and the type of publication.

Press releases, sponsored articles and creator content serve different briefs. We confirm the outlet, account, format and publishing scope before you commission the work.

News & portal publishing

Named options to discuss, not a guaranteed media bundle or official partnership. A portal channel, a self-publishing account, a repost and a homepage feature are different deliverables. Confirm the actual route, acceptance and price in the media list.

Optional: Baidu Search Advertising

Paid search campaigns are a separate service, not a news placement or a guarantee that an article will be indexed.

Audience & theme planning

Define who the story is for, the message and suitable content angles. Bring your approved strategy or ask us to prepare a proposal for your review.

Chinese writing & localisation

Adapt your brief into Chinese copy suited to the agreed audience and channel. Confirm facts, brand claims, tone and revision rounds before publication.

Media coordination & publishing

Propose relevant publishing options, confirm scope and costs, and coordinate the approved content and schedule. Publisher acceptance and format requirements are checked before commitment.

Publication evidence & reporting

Provide agreed live links or publication IDs, dated screenshots and available performance data. Identify the source and distinguish delivery from audience response.

Two client types. A clear way to work together.

01

Companies & brand teams

Need help explaining your brand in China? We can prepare the audience and story proposal, Chinese content and publishing plan. Your team approves brand facts, content and scope.

02

PR, advertising & marketing agencies

Keep your client relationship. Supply strategy and approved copy, or commission our planning and writing. We send work to your team for review; client-facing approvals remain with you unless agreed otherwise.

What we measure — and what it tells you

01

Agreed delivery

Content pieces, confirmed publishing channels, dates and publication links or IDs. These form the delivery checklist in your quote.

02

Available audience response

Views, reads, likes, saves or comments where accessible. Reports identify the source, collection date and metrics that cannot be obtained.

03

Brand or enquiry objectives

Agree the campaign objective before work begins. Publishing volume and engagement do not by themselves establish brand lift, qualified enquiries or sales.

SERVICE PATH & PURCHASABLE SCOPES

Optional advertising & commercial support

PR can be commissioned independently. Discuss the optional services below only when advertising or commercial support is also needed.

View the Step 0–5 service path & boundaries
Step 0

Free Eligibility & Document Review

Review ad-platform eligibility, document completeness and a recommended starting route. Platform approval is not guaranteed.

Step 1

Advertising Launch

Start with a clear objective and an agreed platform: account setup, keywords or audiences, creative and landing-page paths.

Step 2

Performance Optimization

Optimize using clicks, enquiries and relevant feedback. Human telephone qualification and business development are not included by default.

Step 3

Lead Qualification

Check company, contact, needs, budget and timing. Human services are separately quoted with agreed capacity.

Step 4

Business Development

Coordinate prospect contact, meetings, demos and quotation progress for suitable high-value projects, with client authority and a separate scope.

Step 5

Local Sales & Channel Support

Customize sales, agent, distributor or account support. Signing partners or achieving sales is not guaranteed.

Choosing L1–L5 service scopes

L1 / L2 · Choose one ad-management scope

Select Standard or Professional management. The two tiers are not charged together; neither includes human telephone qualification.

L3 · Human lead qualification

Check company details, needs and initial intent within agreed contact capacity. This is not ongoing sales follow-up.

L4 / L5 · Sales or channel support

Scope L4 local sales support or L5 distributor and channel development according to project readiness, authority and workload.

Step 0–5 describes the service path; L1–L5 defines purchasable scopes. The numbers do not map one-to-one. Choose L1 or L2; add L3–L5 subject to project needs and prerequisites. PR, content, media funding and extra human support are separately quoted. Confirm scope, responsibilities and starting conditions in your proposal.

SAME PROJECT · OPTIONAL FURTHER SUPPORT

Need B2B enquiries and local support beyond communications?

Content, PR, account operations and creator projects can be commissioned independently. Add campaigns and quality feedback if B2B enquiries are also needed. L3 covers telephone lead-quality checks only; L4 commercial follow-up and L5 channel development require prior groundwork, authority and a separate scope.

Questions before you start

Can we request Sina, Sohu or NetEase?

Yes, name the outlet and desired format in your brief. We confirm the specific site channel or account, acceptance, publication route and price before booking. The USD 500 starter is not a package containing every listed outlet or a promise of homepage coverage.

What does the USD 500 starting price cover?

A starter PR publishing scope with Chinese content localisation, agreed media publishing and publication evidence. The quote confirms the content, outlets, quantity and revision scope. It does not buy unlimited publishing or guaranteed top-tier coverage.

Can we provide our own strategy or finished content?

Yes. Commission only the tasks you need. We check Chinese language, format and publishing requirements and agree any additional work before proceeding.

Do you offer paid placement or earned media outreach?

Paid publishing and sponsored placements can be scoped with confirmed fees and deliverables. If you need editor pitching or earned media outreach, ask for a separate feasibility and scope discussion. Editorial acceptance, wording and publication timing cannot be guaranteed.

Is WeChat article publishing the same as WeChat advertising?

No. Commissioning content or a publisher article is different from buying paid-ad inventory. The proposal identifies which service you are purchasing and how it is charged.

Can an agency work with you white-label?

Yes, subject to agreed project terms. Your agency can manage strategy, approvals and the client relationship while we prepare and execute the agreed China-side work.

Can you include REDnote creators or store visits?

Yes, as separately scoped content services. KOC seeding starts at USD 800 for a 10-post starter scope. Creator visits, production and broader campaigns depend on the location, creator selection and required deliverables.

Do you guarantee views, likes or positive coverage?

No. We agree the deliverables and report available results, without fabricated engagement or guaranteed positive editorial coverage. Applicable sponsorship disclosures, permissions and platform requirements must be respected.

What do you need to prepare a quote?

Start with your website, brand or product, audience, key message and intended timing. If you already have copy, a media list or an agency brief, share it so we can quote the missing work rather than duplicate it.

How do you choose between news media, social content and creator posts?

Start with the audience, message and the evidence you need to deliver. A news placement, WeChat article and creator experience serve different communication tasks. We propose a scoped media or content mix and identify paid placements, approvals and available reporting rather than treating every outlet as interchangeable.
